How do I access my website?

By domain name at: http://www.yourdomainname.com (replacing “yourdomainname” with your actual domain name)

By IP address at: http://216.14.117.16/~yourusername/ (replacing “yourusername” with your actual hosting username)

What are the Name Servers I should use?

You will need to update the DNS information of your domain name so that it points to our servers. Our nameservers are:
ns10.henriemedia.com   216.14.117.16
ns11.henriemedia.com   216.14.117.17

How do I access my website’s Control Panel?

By domain name at: http://cpanel.yourdomainname.com (replacing “yourdomainname” with your actual domain name).

By IP address at: http://216.14.117.16/cpanel

Can I send and receive emails through my hosting account?

YES! You can send and receive emails via a POP or IMAP email client (i.e. Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) or using our web-based email access.

  1. Display Name : user@yourdomain.com
  2. Internet E-mail Address : user@yourdomain.com
  3. Incoming mail POP/IMAP Server : mail.yourdomain.com / yourdomain.com
  4. Outgoing mail SMTP Server : mail.yourdomain.com / yourdomain.com
  5. Account name : user@yourdomain.com
  6. Password : Enter the password of the email account

Outgoing mail (SMTP): port 25 (requires authentication)
Outgoing mail (SMTP) SSL: port 465 (requires authentication)

Incoming mail (POP3): port 110 (requires authentication)
Incoming mail (IMAP): port 143 (requires authentication)

Also make sure you put a check mark to enable “My server requires authentications”. In Outlook go to tools >> account >> Properties >> Under server tab >> My server requires authentications.

How do I access my email using your web-based email?

By domain name at: http://webmail.yourdomainname.com (replacing “yourdomainname” with your actual domain name).

By IP address at: http://216.14.117.16/webmail

NOTE: You must use your full email address as your user name to access your email using web mail.

What are the names of my POP, IMAP or STMP email servers?

For all email services, please use mail.yourdomainname.com (replacing “yourdomainname” with your actual domain name) or use IP address 216.14.117.16.

How do I upload files to my website using FTP?

You must use an FTP client (software) to upload files to your website. We recommend using a FREE client like FileZilla.

You can then use your web hosting user name and password to upload files to your website.

How come I can’t see my website?

If you are using Microsoft Windows, sometime the DNS cache of Windows XP or Vista will hold your domains old DNS information. To fix this open a DOS prompt or Command Window (select Run then type in CMD). Once that is up, type in “ipconfig /flushdns” and hit enter.
